- Quiz responses (used to personalize fundraising ideas)

Your data is used to tailor suggestions, monitor progress, and support board development efforts. It enables board admins to view completion reports, assign tasks, and ensure participation based on individual preferences.

Storage and Retention
Data is stored server-side in a secured database. This includes structured records related to quizzes, idea selections, task completion, votes, roles, and board history. Retention supports administrative reporting and historical context. We do not store payment credentials or sensitive personal identifiers locally.
User Rights
Depending on your role and board configuration, you may:
- Request access to identifiable records tied to your activity
- Request corrections to name or email if applicable
- Request deletion of your account-linked records, subject to archival needs
- Clear local data (cookies and localStorage) via your browser settings

Board Member Participation
Board members may be invited to participate in fundraising quizzes or planning tools by an authorized user. These individuals do not create accounts and are not subject to the full Terms of Service. Their name and email may be entered by a board administrator or marketing director solely for the purpose of accessing personalized suggestions.
Board members may request deletion of their name and email by clicking the link provided in the invitation email or quiz screen.
Version and Update Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated due to system changes or legal requirements. Users may be prompted to accept the updated policy before continuing to use the site. Acceptance is tracked in your account for transparency.
